Today is Labor Thanksgiving Day in Japan.
今日は、日本では勤労感謝の日です。
It is the day to show our appreciation for labor.
労働に感謝を示す日です。
Japanese people often have a family party on that day.
日本人は、その日に家族で集まることが多いです。

I cooked homemade potato chips.
